“I’m strongly urging all Hunter and Central Coast families to apply for Family Energy Rebate as quickly as possible

“Applications for the Rebate close at 11pm on 16 June, and I know that $150 off household electricity bills will be welcomed by many families in Swansea, and the greater Hunter and Central Coast areas

“The Baird Liberal Government has been accused of underspending the Family Energy Rebate by millions of dollars since 2012, so I’m trying to let as many people as possible know that this assistance is available to eligible families

“The application will only take a couple of minutes online, but should be completed as soon as possible to avoid the last minute rush.

“I’m very pleased that eligible home park residents are also able to access this Rebate, as many people living in these residential communities can find it tough to pay ever-increasing electricity bills”.
